How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry that you have decided to leave us and we'll be sad to see you go, if there's anything that we can do first, please give us a chance to fix any wrongs or mis-communications.

If its because someone has given you a better offer, talk it through with us to make sure that any transfer goes smoothly.

Hosting Account Cancellation:

We cannot accept a cancelation of any account or service via Telephone. The reason if due to fraudulent request to close a account by persons unknown to the account.

Login to your account using the Client Login Area and then click on "My Services"
Then click on "View Details" icon on the right side of the product you have listed.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Request Cancellation"

You can also submit a Support ticket to have your account canceled with us, if you have a monthly subscription payment setup with, you will have to cancel that subscription in your account.
