Hosting Account Cancellation:
We cannot accept a cancelation of any account or service via Telephone. The reason if due to fraudulent request to close a account by persons unknown to the account.
Login to your account using the Client Login Area and then click on "My Services"
Then click on "View Details" icon on the right side of the product you have listed.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Request Cancellation"
You can also submit a Support ticket to have your account canceled with us, if you have a monthly subscription payment setup with paypal.com, you will have to cancel that subscription in your paypal.com account.
