Internet Hotline Dial Up Cancellation Policy
To cancel your dial up access account* you should do one of the following:
- Send a e-mail from from your IHOT.COM e-mail account requesting your account be closed at the end of it current term of service.
- Send a letter by US Mail to IHOT requesting your account be closed at the end of it current term of service. Include your name and your IHOT.COM account name and E-Mail address.

Cancellations for dial up account cannot be accepted by phone.
*Refunds on annual services are not provided. Due to discounts on the annual subscriptions account will remain open and usable until the end of term. |
