Our billing address is different to those of the registered account owner.

"Contacts" can also be used where the billing name and address of a client differs to that of the registered account owner. 

For situations like that, a contact can be created with the details needed for payment and set as the default billing contact and then all invoices and payments will be charged with that contacts details instead of the main account owners.
